[The most challenging war in human history- The Thermopylae War 480 BC]

In 480 BC, the Persian emperor Xerxes marched toward Greece with an army of 1 million, and 300 warriors led by Leonidas, king of Sparta, were fighting on land, but Sparta was not the only one who fought against Persia.

All the Greeks, except for Sparta, were facing the Persian fleet at sea. Leonidas turns his back on the anti-war council and heads to Thermopylae Gorge with an elite army of 300 men. He selected only those with sons to pass on, and Leonidas knows that he will never return to his wife Gorgo (Lena Headey) again.
